That's warm for a winter day, haha. Here the coldest we have is around minus 30, or a bit less.

A normal winter day is around minus 20. That's like a good day to go outside, totally normal.

I heard somewhere that there were some kind of "tunnels" at bus stops. To prevent people from being exposed to cold temperatures while waiting for the bus

 

Do you have those tunnels in your area ?

Tunnels? The only thing I saw is normal bus stop, just like in GTA IV for example.
